Services may be delivered remotely (virtual/online) or on-site, subject to availability and location.

3. Payments & Pricing

Our services are available at either hourly rates or as package-based pricing, depending on the service provided.

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfers, Cheque, and PayPal.

Payments are due upon completion of the service unless a deposit is required.

Some services require a deposit, which will be communicated before the commencement of service.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service start time to cancel without penalty.

If a service is canceled during service delivery, the client is required to pay 50% of the quoted price.

No refunds will be provided. However, alternative solutions may be considered at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

ENKO Management Inc. retains full ownership of all materials, designs, and deliverables created during our services, including work produced by collaborators and outsourced professionals.

Clients do not have the right to use, reproduce, or distribute any materials unless explicitly agreed upon in writing or verbally during the transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our services.

ENKO Management Inc. shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of our services.

As we do not carry business insurance, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Quebec, Canada.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Quebec, Canada, or another recognized jurisdiction within Canada.

8. External Links & Third-Party Responsibility
